The Hollis Brookline High School PTSA’s mission is to provide that important link between school and home. Students perform better when parents are actively involved in their learning experience. We encourage you to join the PTSA and to attend its meetings and presentations. It is with the help of committed parents that the staff, teachers, and administration of HBHS can give our students the best High School education and experience possible.

The PTSA meets the second Friday of each month 8:30AM in the HBHS conference room. Don't forget to join the PTSA. Forms are available here and at the high school office.

Next PTSA Meeting will be on November 10 at 8:30 AM in the conference room

SCREENAGERS Documentary

Please JOIN us on November 7th, 2017, 6:30PM to 8:30PM at the Hollis Brookline High School Auditorium for a Screening and Community Discussion of the documentary Screenagers.

"Award-winning SCREENAGERS probes into the vulnerable corners of family life, including the director's own, and depicts messy struggles, over social media, video games, academics and internet addiction. Through surprising insights from authors and brain scientists solutions emerge on how we can empower kids to best navigate the digital world."

We invite youth to attend with parents. No childcare will be provided and children must be able to sit through the screening and participate in a discussion with other youth after the film about their ideas for improving the manner in which families, schools, and communities handle this issue.

The nurses at the Health Office can always use donations of small bottles of water, juice, crackers, pretzels (economy sizes are fine), hand sanitizer, and tissues. Drop them off at the Main Office - thank you!
